Delivery :
We usually take 4 to 10 working days for delivery from the date you place the order. We use reliable and suitable logistic partner for deliveries of the products. Refund or cancellation :
Order cancellations are subject to cancellation fees. The following cancellation fees are listed:
95% of the order value will be refunded if any orders are canceled before the processing begins.
If you are not satisfied with the output shown during the preview, we will make corrections a maximum of 5 times. If you are still unsatisfied and request a refund for the order, a refund will only be provided for the frame, not for the softcopy.
No refund is available if an order is canceled after printing and framing. The item will be reshipped to the customer’s address only if they receive a damaged item. The customer must make this request within one day of receiving the product and provide video proof of the damaged goods. After that, we will inform you whether a replacement is possible.
